Job summary

Michaels Albany - Latham store is seeking a friendly framing associate to build customer relationships and guide shoppers through custom framing solutions. You will help customers find products, maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store, and support daily framing operations.

This role includes operating the cash register, stocking, following SOPs, and contributing to a safe, welcoming environment. Shifts include nights, weekends and early mornings, with benefits and employee discounts

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a store setting.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
