Qualifications

• Professional craftsman with remodeling experience.
• Skilled in all phases of Framing, Decking, Carpentry, etc.
• Highly organized, on time, and able to lift heavy materials.
• Licensed and Insured (or prepared to meet those requirements).

Responsibilities

• Check in with the Production Manager each morning to review the day’s job and expectations.
• Maintain a spotless jobsite and clean up thoroughly each day.
• Prep and deliver materials when needed.
• Conduct homeowner walk-throughs and turn in all job completion documents and pictures.
• Represent Total Remodeling’s standards and values on every job.
