Qualifications

• Friendly and professional customer service skills.
• Effective communication & writing skills.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials specifications, quality control, and safety.
• Ability to read and understand related construction documents (blueprints, plans, specs, shop drawings).
• OSHA 10 card is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimating team on job quotes.
• Measure, mark, and arrange materials per blueprints or instructions.
• Cut and shape structures using wood, fiberglass, drywall, etc.
