A construction and remodeling company is looking for a skilled Framer/Decking Installer in Hartford, Connecticut. This role involves checking in with the Production Manager daily, maintaining a clean jobsite, prepping and delivering materials, conducting homeowner walk-throughs, and ensuring all job completion documents are submitted. The ideal candidate is a licensed and insured professional craftsman experienced in remodeling, organized, and a clear communicator who works well both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Must have remodeling experience.
• Skilled in all phases of Framing, Decking, and Carpentry.
• Must be organized and able to lift heavy materials.

• Prep and deliver materials when needed
• Conduct homeowner walk-throughs and turn in all job completion documents and pictures.
• Represent Total Remodeling’s standards and values on every job

• Highly organized, on time, and able to lift heavy materials
• A clear communicator who works well independently and with a team
