Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a seasoned Product Development Manager to lead development and sourcing of frames, packaging, and accessories in collaboration with designers. You will translate designs into final products while optimizing cost, quality, and lead times, and set strategy for frame and raw materials vendors aligned with growth targets.

You will report to the Director of Product Development under the Product Strategy umbrella, owning vendor development, negotiations, sourcing, production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product development or strategic sourcing.
• Experience managing vendor development, negotiations, and production management.
• Strong cross-functional communication and vendor performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple key factory relationships across end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Partner with designers to drive development and innovation that meets timelines and cost targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand product needs and align on quality and design.
