Job summary

KIT Custom HomeBuilders is hiring Framer to join our Floors Department in Caldwell, Idaho. You will assemble floor systems for manufactured homes in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, with a Monday–Thursday schedule and a three-day weekend each week while earning full-time pay and benefits.

Starting pay is $24.00+ per hour with weekly pay. This full-time, on-site role offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match, plus opportunities to grow with

Qualifications

• Previous framing, construction, or carpentry experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
• Ability to read measurements and use basic construction tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble floor framing components for manufactured homes.
• Measure, cut, and install wood materials according to specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and nail guns safely and efficiently.
• Ensure framing is square, level, and meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
