Job summary

Sands Wall Systems is seeking a FrameCAD Designer & BIM Coordinator to develop production models and detailed drawings for cold-formed steel framing and wall panel systems. You will work closely with design, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure accurate modeling, coordination, and fabrication readiness.

Responsibilities include BIM coordination, producing shop drawings, and supporting project execution with accurate documentation and field-ready models using Revit, AutoCAD, and FrameCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a design/engineering field or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience using FrameCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD for production models and shop drawings.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination and drawing production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FrameCAD production models and shop drawings.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, MEP, and site information.
• Review and revise designs for constructability and fabrication readiness.
• Support project execution through accurate documentation and model coordination.
