Job summary

Maui Jim Sunglasses is seeking a Frame Repairs Lead in Peoria, IL for the 2nd shift. Lead the repair team, coach staff, and ensure high quality customer experiences with efficient turnaround times.

You will review technician work, resolve escalations, and partner with supervisors to maintain standards while delivering excellent service. Prior sunglass repair experience is required and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with 1 year of college and a 3.0/4.0 GPA.
• Minimum of 2 years sunglass repair experience.
• Experience coaching others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership as the first line of contact for repair team members.
• Coach and motivate staff to meet quality standards.
• Review repair technician evaluations and customer interactions for quality.
• Resolve escalations to maintain premier customer experience.
• Collaborate with supervisors on repair quality and turnaround times.
• Deliver training to new and existing employees on standards.
