Sunglass Hut in Maui is seeking an Assistant Manager II to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and drive retail excellence. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to manage selling, merchandising, and talent development while delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes coaching, talent acquisition, and maintaining brand standards, with a focus on growing associate skills and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in store operations.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented; uses critical thinking to execute store components.
• Leadership experience is a plus, 1+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales plan, develops associates and achieves objectives.
• Uses reporting tools to identify gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Provides coaching to all associates to foster growth and motivation.
• Acquires talent via networking and interviews with Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Spends majority of time on the sales floor.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships and brand standards.
• Ensures execution of operational policies and procedures.
