The role emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced facility, with emphasis on policy adherence, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience with manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and assign work activities in the frame mill manufacturing department to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with other supervision to ensure integration of activities across shifts and departments.
• Support and implement company policies and procedures while recommending improvements in operations.
• Make decisions by analyzing information to optimize production.
• Communicate product or material issues with Quality, Engineering, and Materials Management.
