Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Design Release Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI to lead design release of structural frame components from concept to vehicle launch. You’ll manage work plans, track KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with multiple groups for validation and testing.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2+ years in product release, plus NFDS-leaning skills in NX/Teamcenter and strong communication.

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2+ years in a product release environment.
Experience with frames or structural chassis components.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of high strength steels, weld parameters, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

Design release of structural frame components and assemblies.
Execute work plans to meet objectives and on-time delivery.
Monitor KPI/C/W/I progress for components and systems.
Collaborate with NVH, Vehicle Integration, Stress Lab, Safety, Durability for validation.
