You will work on diverse vehicles, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver timely, workmanship‑driven results. Training like I-CAR and ASE certifications are encouraged and supported.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint, fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail for tightened bolts, welds, and finish.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and precise finish.
