Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Production Assembler II for the Frames department, 2nd shift, with a 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM schedule. You will assemble frame components, read specs, and perform quality checks in a warehouse setting, adhering to all safety guidelines.

You will work with hand and power tools, support process improvements, and coordinate with teammates to meet production goals while upholding MITER Brands’ standards and values.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn software.

Responsibilities

• Assemble frames components using hand tools and power tools as needed.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and diagrams to construct frames.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards and are defect-free.
• Sort and organize materials and components for frame assembly.
• Operate a down/up cut saw safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production goals and suggest improvements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all interactions.
