Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator for Perfumery & Beauty in Princeton, NJ. You will act as a liaison between Account Managers, Evaluators, Customer Care, and Lab teams, supporting onboarding and order processing to keep accounts running smoothly.

The role requires strong multitasking, data handling, and communication skills, with a focus on timely documentation, project execution, and client meetings. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with administrative experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years administrative experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clear, effective communication across Sales, Development, Technical teams, and client.
• Leverage resources against targeted projects to increase success rates.
• Follow briefs from start to finish, coordinating timelines, participants, and pricing.
• Ensure safety and technical documentation meets requirements and is submitted on time.
• Drive projects, initiate stability testing, and manage sample shipments and pricing files.
• Schedule and prepare visitor agendas and arrange client meetings.
