Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, update, track and close projects in the CRM system.
• Support day-to-day client requests and routine inquiries, while communicating with clients regarding samples, shipment status, and documentation.
• Coordinate sample requests, labeling, packing, shipping and shipment tracking.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, project lists and Excel-based reports to support account visibility.
• Assist with annual strategic customer meeting preparation and execution, including materials, kits, shipments, and follow-up.
• Provide general team support including selected purchasing, office supply, and meeting-related administrative needs.
