Responsibilities

• Measures, weighs, and prepares raw fragrance ingredients according to batch formulas.
• Operates mixers, compounding tanks, and automated equipment.
• Monitors production runs for consistency and accuracy.
• Maintains production records including batch sheets and ingredient usage.
• Follows safety, sanitation, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and production areas.
• Escalates maintenance issues.
• Works with leads, QA, and R&D to ensure proper product execution.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
