Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in beauty/fragrance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City four days per week.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint; social media savvy.

Responsibilities

• Support daily marketing initiatives including copywriting, fragrance description development, image sourcing and content creation.
• Research, track and analyze fragrance launches, category trends and consumer behaviours to support client initiatives.
• Develop cross-category marketing presentations, trend reports and client-facing storytelling materials translating insights into opportunities.
• Create fragrance narratives and ingredient stories for internal teams and external clients.
• Support proactive initiatives, trend presentations, fragrance showcases and sensory experiences for clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate passion for beauty and socio-cultural trends to identify emerging opportunities.
