Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Fragrance Sales Associate to create a warm, welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service. You’ll demonstrate and sell a wide range of fragrances, share notes, layering tips, and educate customers to help them feel confident and inspired.

You will contribute to a seamless shopping experience by building relationships, meeting daily sales goals, and using client tools to promote new launches and events.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies in English.
