Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor for our Flagship store in New York. You will serve as the brand ambassador, delivering elevated service that goes beyond a transaction and fosters lasting client relationships through empathy and tailored experiences.

You will lead by example, maintain Chanel standards, contribute to sales targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless omni-channel client journey from in-store to online.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to building the business by achieving sales targets, using all levers to loyalize, recruit and grow client return rate.
• Attends seasonal seminars hosted by Education Executives and utilizes the Inside Beauty learning.
• Application on a daily basis to implement all learnings into day-to-day.
• Is curious to learn more to nourish a beauty culture, being proactive in learning.
• Has solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage and know-how, and shares it with clients and the team.
• Knows and understands business challenges and maintains discretion about all areas of the business.
• Develop a strong understanding of the retailer's client system to best utilize for outreach and retention.
• Collaborates with team members to ensure a harmonious at-counter experience.
• Modeling brand image expectations in terms of image code and service behaviors as a brand ambassador.
• Ensuring the work area is clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional at all times, respecting Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Maintaining a positive attitude, communicating with the team and manager regularly, with integrity.
• Creating a welcoming, service-oriented environment that is customer centric.
• Being an enthusiastic team player.
