CHANEL is seeking a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor to be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships in-store. You will represent the CHANEL luxury experience, educate clients on products, and collaborate with teams to drive sales while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes service excellence, knowledge of CHANEL heritage, and willingness to learn in a dynamic retail environment with in-person client engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of, and passion for client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Passion for CHANEL and its heritage.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships and loyalty.
• Contribute to sales targets using product, services, and data capture.

• Understand upcoming events and involve clients through demonstrations.
• Share knowledge of Brand heritage with clients and team.
• Know business challenges and market needs.
• Keep work area clean, tidy, hygienic and professional.
