Job summary

Osmo, an Olfactory Intelligence company, is seeking a Lab Associate to join the Applications Lab Operations team in a hands-on, fast-paced setting. You will support R&D by preparing samples, maintaining inventories, and ensuring safety and quality across workflows.

The ideal candidate has a chemistry background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with chemical safety protocols and lab safety practices.
• Hands-on lab work in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples and solutions to support testing and experiments.
• Maintain chemical inventory with accurate records.
• Manage lab supplies and equipment, including ordering.
• Follow strict safety protocols for storage, handling and disposal.
• Operate liquid-handling instruments with precision.
• Collaborate with testing teams and Lab Manager to support projects.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Multitask effectively to meet deadlines in independent or team settings.
• Support additional lab duties to maintain a safe, organized lab.
