Job summary

Team Select Home Care in Florida seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide for medically fragile children. The aide will provide personal and skilled care in the patient's home under RN supervision, reporting to the Director of Clinical Services/Nursing Supervisor.

The role requires CPR certification, AHCA Level 2 screening, and completion of 86 hours of training, with reliable attendance and strong documentation. Flexible hours and ongoing training are available.

Responsibilities

• Provides services ordered in plan of care and within state law
• Performs hands-on personal care
• Assists with medications ordinarily self-administered

• Reports changes in patient condition to RN
• Attends required in-services and staff meetings
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information
• Maintains clean, safe home care environment
