Team Select Home Care in Tampa, FL is seeking a Home Health Aide for medically fragile children. The aide provides personal care and basic nursing tasks under RN supervision in the patient’s home.

Responsibilities include following the care plan, assisting with daily living activities, documenting visits, and reporting changes to the RN. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and paid training to support your growth and career development.

Qualifications

• Maintains current CPR certification.
• Maintains clear level 2 AHCA Screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete 86 hours of training.
• Must be a related provider, legal guardian or caretaker to an eligible Florida Medicaid recipient.

Responsibilities

• Provides services ordered in the plan of care and within state law.
• Performs hands-on personal care and simple procedures as directed.
• Assists with ambulation or exercises as assigned.
• Assists with medications ordinarily self-administered.
• Completes visit records timely and reports changes to RN.
• Maintains confidentiality and safeguards patient information.
• Attends staff meetings and in-services; maintains professional appearance.
