Job summary

Team Select Home Care in Florida seeks Home Health Aide professionals to provide compassionate, in‑home personal care under RN supervision. You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility support, while following the patient’s care plan and agency policies.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, and hold CPR certification. Flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and ongoing training are offered to support growth in home health care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older per state regulations.
• CPR certification and health certifications per state requirements.
• Maintains licensure or certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides services as ordered in the plan of care, and as permitted under State law.
• Performs direct patient personal care, household chores, meals, and other assigned tasks.
• Assists with simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services as assigned.
• Assists in ambulation or exercises as assigned.
• Assists with self‑administered medications as assigned per state regulation.
• Maintains infection control practices and adheres to RN guidance.
