Job summary

PGW Auto Glass in Portland, OR seeks a part-time Delivery Driver and Warehouse associate to load, transport, and deliver automotive glass to customers on a designated route. You will handle fragile products safely and ensure timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate delivery vehicles and basic warehouse equipment. Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Delivery experience preferred, especially with fragile materials.
• Willingness to learn to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail in loading, securing, and delivering.
• Basic computer skills for route navigation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport automotive glass safely.
• Deliver glass on an assigned route with accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with laws and policies.
• Pick, pack, and load customer orders accurately.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist customers with deliveries and maintain professional service.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain delivery records and proof of delivery documents.
• Support inventory checks and organize warehouse materials.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent product damage and injuries.
• Communicate with warehouse, dispatch, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
