Job summary

PGW Auto Glass is looking for a part-time Delivery Driver and Warehouse employee to load, transport, and deliver automotive glass on a designated route. You will handle fragile glass with care and provide courteous customer service upon delivery.

Responsibilities include operating box trucks, loading/unloading, and maintaining delivery records while following safety procedures. Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; DOT medical certification may be required for some vehicles.
• Delivery experience with fragile materials preferred.
• Ability to operate or learn forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills for routing and delivery documents.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport automotive glass and related materials safely.
• Deliver glass products on an assigned route with accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate company vehicles, incl. box trucks, following traffic laws and policies.
• Pick, pack, and load customer orders with accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Unload deliveries and assist customers ensuring products arrive undamaged.
• Maintain professional appearance and outstanding customer service.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain delivery records and proof of delivery documents.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory checks and organization.
