ABCO Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Fractional Sales “Builder” / Director of Software Sales for a part-time, project-based assignment.

Ideal candidates bring a proven track record of building sales in B2B Construction, Facilities, and related sectors, with deep industry relationships and a capability to scale revenue from $0 to multi-millions. The role is fully remote with flexible hours, roughly 10–20 hours per month for 6–12 months.

Qualifikationen

• Designed sales strategy and scaled B2B sales from $0 to multi-millions.
• Deep experience in Facilities Management, PropTech, ConTech, Field Service, or Maintenance Software.
• Ability to open doors with industry relationships.

Aufgaben

• Help define pricing, packaging, CRM structure, pipeline strategy, sales processes and revenue growth for an emerging software platform.
• Lead fractional sales efforts as a part-time, project-based executive.
• Collaborate with clients to align sales strategy with business objectives.
