Fractional Product Growth Consultant
An experienced growth operator who can own strategy and execution end‑to‑end, identifying opportunities within the product funnel, designing and running experiments, and partnering cross‑functionally to ship improvements that drive meaningful business outcomes.
Work / Project Scope
- Own and drive product‑led growth strategy, improving acquisition, activation, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Provide a data‑driven, experiment‑oriented perspective on growth strategy grounded in marketplace dynamics.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute high‑impact growth opportunities within the product experience (e.g., onboarding, matching, pricing, user flows).
- Analyze product funnel performance end‑to‑end and implement optimizations to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics teams to rapidly test and ship growth initiatives.
- Develop and refine segmentation, targeting, and user journey strategies to improve demand quality and user engagement.
Must Haves (Required Skills)
- Deep expertise in product‑led growth, growth product management, or experimentation with a record of measurable impact.
- Experience working in or consulting for a two‑sided marketplace and understanding demand‑side dynamics.
- Strong understanding of product funnels, user behavior, and conversion optimization within digital products.
- Proven ability to build and scale experiment‑driven growth programs, not just run individual tests.
- Hands‑on analytical skills and experience with data‑driven decision making (e.g., SQL, product analytics tools, dashboards).
- Ability to operate independently as a hands‑on operator while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional partners.
- Experience owning growth for a product, business line, or funnel with clear impact on revenue or marketplace performance.
- Track record of influencing product and business strategy through data, insights, and cross‑functional leadership.
- Comfort working with and influencing senior stakeholders (Director/VP level) to drive alignment and decisions.
