Century Health is seeking a hands-on Fractional Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing efforts. You will own LinkedIn, develop AI-powered outbound outreach to life sciences teams, and coordinate conference presence for major meetings, launches for new datasets and partnerships.
The role demands 5+ years in healthcare-focused marketing, a write-it-yourself mindset, and the ability to work closely with founders. This remote, part-time position fits well for East Coast or remote professionals.
We're hiring a Fractional Marketing Manager to run marketing for Century Health alongside our founders. You will own our LinkedIn presence, AI-powered outbound outreach to life sciences teams, coordination for the medical conferences we attend, and launches for new datasets and products. This is a hands‑on role for an experienced B2B marketer who enjoys doing the work directly and wants to help build how Century Health shows up in the market.
Compensation: Up to $90/hour, depending on experience
Commitment: Contract role, about 15-20 hours per week, with more time around conferences and launches
Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare data, health tech, or life sciences
Location: Remote. East Coast-based is a plus.
Reporting to: Co-Founder & CEO
Life sciences companies partner with Century Health for clinical depth they can't find in other real-world datasets. Our network includes 240+ clinical sites across neurology, GI, nephrology, ophthalmology, and pulmonology, with 6M+ patient records. We present at the major medical meetings in each of these specialties and launch new datasets and partnerships every quarter. Today our founders run marketing themselves in the time between customer work. This role exists so the right life sciences teams hear about our work consistently, and every conference we attend drives maximum impact.
As Fractional Marketing Manager you will own our day‑to‑day marketing, working directly with the founders and our business development team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Run our LinkedIn presence, including the company page and posts for our founders, with a steady calendar of announcements, conference updates, customer stories, and points of view on real‑world data. When required, you’ll get sign‑off from any partner practice, co‑author, or customer they name.
Design our outbound program to life sciences teams in medical affairs, HEOR, real‑world evidence, and commercial. You will write the messaging and use AI tools to build target lists and run email and LinkedIn sequences, handing interested contacts to business development.
Coordinate our presence at medical conferences such as ASN, AAN, DDW, AAIC, ACR, and TLM, from booth applications and materials through pre‑conference outreach and meeting scheduling.
Track results each month, such as meetings booked, conference conversations, and LinkedIn engagement, so we can see what is working.
5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally at a healthcare data, health tech, or life sciences company.
Hands‑on; you write the posts, emails, and materials yourself rather than managing an agency to do it.
Experience running outbound programs with AI tools for list building and sequencing.
Experience planning conference presence end to end, including booths, materials, and meeting scheduling.
Comfortable with scientific and clinical content, enough to write credibly for medical, HEOR, and data science audiences.
Exceptional writer with a clear style who adapts language to each audience, such as “insights” for commercial teams and “evidence” for medical teams.
Fluent with AI tools; you use them daily to produce work faster.
Low ego, high ownership; you are equally happy drafting a launch announcement and packing a booth shipment.
These qualifications are guidelines. If you are excited about the mission and believe you would thrive in this role, we encourage you to apply.
Employment type: Full time
