ESource Corp is seeking an experienced L&D leader to guide strategy and execution across the organization. You will align initiatives with strategic goals, oversee learning for launches and expansions, and build a complete L&D function for new units.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chief Learning Officer (CLO), Vice President, or Director of Learning & Development.
• Strong background in strategic planning and executing large-scale L&D initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Execution: Align L&D initiatives with the company's strategic goals and manage the L&D function.
• Implement the FARE process: Familiarize, Audit, Recommend, Execute.
• Oversee learning for new product or service launches, expansions, and technology stack consolidations.
• Provide flexible L&D leadership to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and fill interim gaps in senior leadership.
