ESource Corp is seeking an experienced L&D leader to guide strategy and execution across the organization. You will align initiatives with strategic goals, oversee learning for launches and expansions, and build a complete L&D function for new units.

The role demands strong strategic planning, the ability to lead large teams, and excellent communication with C-suite executives. Flexible, globally oriented work environment with competitive compensation.

• Proven experience as a Chief Learning Officer (CLO), Vice President, or Director of Learning & Development.
• Strong background in strategic planning and executing large-scale L&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Execution:
• Align L&D initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
• Implement the FARE process: Familiarize, Audit, Recommend, Execute.
• Manage and oversee learning for new product or service launches, geographical expansions, and technology stack consolidations.
• Build and staff a complete L&D function for new business units or projects.
• Operational Flexibility:
• Provide flexible L&D leadership to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
• Fill interim gaps in senior learning leadership positions.
• Support organizations in creating or centralizing their L&D departments.
• Cost Management:
• Deliver cost-effective solutions by optimizing L&D investments and reducing the overhead associated with full-time positions.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors to integrate L&D efforts with broader business objectives.
• Engage with various stakeholders to ensure L&D efforts are aligned and effective.
• Proven experience as a Chief Learning Officer (CLO), Vice President, or Director of Learning & Development.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution within the L&D space.
• Strong background in managing large-scale projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in overseeing projects from conception to completion, including risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Expertise in instructional design and the use of e-learning authoring tools compliant with SCORM standards.
• Knowledge of current and emerging L&D technologies and methodologies.
