Beacon Software is seeking a growth-focused operator to dive into portfolio companies, brainstorm, prioritize, and execute growth experiments. You will work with product leads and portfolio GMs to align product direction with user learnings and drive revenue.

This role offers hands-on ownership, autonomy, and the chance to ship concrete growth programs while gaining exposure to private equity insights and AI-enabled GTM tooling within a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Working with our Product Leads and portfolio company GMs, marrying product direction with user learnings to brainstorm growth experiments.
• Prioritize, build, and launch experiments that meaningfully drive revenue.
• Identify and optimize growth loops at portfolio companies.
• Track and improve conversion at every major step of the marketing funnel.
• Build systems (e.g., playbooks, Claude skills, mini-products) that less technical folks can use to run GTM experiments themselves.
• Hire other great growth people.
