Beacon Software is seeking a versatile growth lead to partner with portfolio companies, deeply understand their businesses, and craft growth experiments that scale revenue. You will work with former YC founders, growth leaders, and execs from top tech firms, bringing both creative and analytical skills to bear in a fast-paced investment environment.

You’ll have autonomy to shape projects across ads, outbound programs, and SEO while leveraging an AI-native platform.

Responsabilités

• Meet with group CPOs and portfolio company GMs to discuss growth experiments.
• Prioritize, build, and launch experiments that drive revenue.
• Identify and optimize growth loops at portfolio companies.
• Track and improve conversion at major steps of the marketing funnel.
• Hire other great growth people.
