Beacon Software buys businesses and you get to grow them. You’ll be a fractional head of growth diving into portfolio companies to brainstorm, prioritize and execute growth experiments that drive revenue.

You’ll join a team of former YC founders and growth leaders, with autonomy, responsible for scaling multiple vertical SaaS firms toward ambitious ARR targets using modern tools and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Meet with group CPOs and GMs to brainstorm growth experiments.
• Prioritize, build, and launch revenue-driving experiments.
• Identify and optimize growth loops at portfolio companies.
• Track and improve conversions at major marketing funnel steps.
• Build usable GTM systems (playbooks, Claude skills, mini-products).
• Hire and coach other growth people.
