Simple House Capital Group is seeking a fractional CMO/Growth Strategist to run Meta lead generation for service businesses. You will start hands-on in the Meta account for 30–60 days, then hire a media buyer and manage by numbers.

You will craft offers, messaging, and hooks to attract real, qualified owners and scale successful campaigns. The role is part-time and remote, focusing on owners of home service and B2B service providers; you’ll own the funnel from ads to booked calls and signed

Qualifications

• Experience running Meta ads for consulting, coaching or B2B services.
• Ability to fill a calendar with qualified owner leads.
• Strong understanding of offers and funnel optimization.

Responsibilities

• Run the Meta account hands-on for 30–60 days until cost per qualified owner is down.
• Build qualifying hooks, creative, forms and calendar to attract owner clients.
• Create and test front-door offers and messaging for owner lead generation.
• Direct creatives and messaging, and determine when to bring in a media buyer.
• Scale winning ads and replicate with new hooks and angles.
• Develop follow-up flows (landing pages, speed to lead, confirmations, rebooks).
