Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, focusing on Meta advertising and lead generation.

You will manage campaigns, analyze results, and translate data into actionable steps for clients, while coordinating with internal teams to improve retention and growth. A remote-friendly environment supports flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact for each client.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings.
