Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience driving measurable increases in lead volume.
• Experience scaling at least one primary acquisition channel (paid search, referrals, SEO).
• Experience operating in resource-constrained environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive all lead generation efforts across the organization.
• Identify 2–3 high-impact acquisition channels and develop execution plans.
• Test, launch, and iterate campaigns with speed; manage the marketing team.
• Translate strategy into weekly plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain a KPI dashboard and reallocate effort to top performers.
