You'll lead day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management, collaborating with client leadership to enable growth and operational clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• Public accounting plus industry experience is valuable.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Improve financial systems and reporting.
• Oversee monthly close processes and internal controls.
• Mentor accounting staff members.
• Support strategic planning with accurate financial data.
• Manage projects, forecasting, and analysis for growth.
• Prepare for audits and assist with external reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
