Job summary

Clarity Windows and Doors is seeking a Fractional Controller to provide senior-level financial oversight on a flexible, part-time basis in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will own month-end close, GAAP compliance, AP/AR duties, and build scalable reporting to turn financial data into actionable insights for the General Manager.

This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional seeking controller-level impact without full-time commitment, with on-site weeks in Coppell and remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, including senior-level ownership.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Ramp.com desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process with GAAP compliance.
• Establish financial reporting infrastructure and drive accuracy.
• Collaborate with corporate finance on reporting cadence and private equity requirements.
• Attend weekly in-office half-day meetings in Coppell, TX.
