Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven senior IT leadership experience as CIO/VP IT or equivalent.
• Proven track record aligning IT with business outcomes for mid-market firms.
• Strong cybersecurity leadership and risk management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT roadmaps aligned with client strategy and growth targets.
• Lead cybersecurity posture, incident readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Define IT budgeting standards and vendor selection processes.
• Optimize technology portfolios for cost efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Establish KPIs and report IT effectiveness to leadership.
• Provide mentorship to internal IT and vendor teams.
