Job summary

Rare is seeking a senior technology leader to drive enterprise systems modernization and governance across Salesforce, HRIS, and Microsoft 365, with responsibility for architecture, data security, and long-term sustainability. This is a delivery role; you own outcomes, manage partners, and guide investments.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of senior technology leadership experience.
• Proven success leading enterprise systems modernization from strategy to implementation.
• Experience with Salesforce-based platforms and HRIS selection/implementation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, system integration, cybersecurity, privacy, identity management.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority systems design, implementation, and phased rollout for Salesforce grants management.
• Guide HRIS requirements, vendor selection, contracting, and initial rollout.
• Hire and oversee implementation consultants, ensuring delivery quality and value.
• Provide light strategic guidance to Microsoft 365 migration and adoption.
• Collaborate with business owners to simplify and standardize priority processes.
