Qualifications

• CPA/CMA/MBA in Finance with 10+ years in senior financial leadership (CFO/VP Finance).
• Deep nonprofit accounting expertise, including restricted grant management and reporting.
• Experience implementing budgeting, cash flow modeling, and financial systems integrations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial leadership and modeling; translate data into mission-aligned strategy.
• Oversee finance systems integration and migration to Rippling and QuickBooks Online.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, audit readiness, and grant reporting; strengthen internal controls.
