A financial consulting firm is seeking a Fractional Non-Profit Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial health and compliance for clients. This part-time role involves developing financial strategies, managing budgets, and providing accurate reporting. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of CFO-level experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector, and possess strong financial analysis skills. The position requires a commitment to the firm's mission and the ability to travel within the New York/New Jersey region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of CFO level management experience within an Accounting or Finance department.
• Knowledge of nonprofit accounting required.
• Experience overseeing audits and managing compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support long-term organizational sustainability.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
• Prepare and present accurate, timely financial reports for the CEO and Board of Directors.
