Bookit seeks a senior financial leader to build and oversee the company’s financial model, revenue recognition, and investor-ready financials—working directly with the CEO and leadership team as a strategic partner.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance leadership, fundraising modeling experience, and a deep understanding of contract-driven billing, revenue, and profitability in a scaling rewards-technology business.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles (CFO/VP Finance/Controller).
Experience building fundraising models and supporting equity or debt raises.
Strong command of revenue recognition, contract-driven billing, and accounting operations.
Advanced financial modeling; FP&A tool experience.
Experience with modern accounting, billing, and payments systems (QBs, Stripe, Bill.com).
Experience with M&A integration, purchase accounting, and consolidation.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated three-statement financial models covering licensing and revenue streams.
Oversee revenue recognition and contract terms for accurate PnL analysis.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger, ensuring timely close.
Provide diligence materials for investors and strategic partners.
Develop models for use of proceeds, runway, dilution, cap tables, and sensitivities.
Support CEO in investor conversations, board reporting, and financing strategy.
Oversee order-to-cash and procure-to-pay, including partner billing and settlements.
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements across functions.
