About the Opportunity

Our client is a venture-backed deep-tech company operating across multiple advanced technology and hardware-driven markets. Following a recently completed $13M pre-seed financing, the company is preparing for its next institutional capital raise and seeks an experienced Fractional CFO to help build the financial foundation for future growth.

This engagement begins as a strategic finance and financial modeling project but may evolve into an ongoing Fractional CFO or full-time CFO opportunity for the right individual.

What You'll Do

Financial Modeling & Strategic Planning

• Build an integrated 3-statement financial model
• Create a 5-year strategic forecast
• Build scenario analyses and capital planning tools
• Develop key operating assumptions, KPIs, and reporting metrics
• Translate technical and commercial assumptions into an investor-ready financial narrative
• Support preparation for future institutional fundraising efforts

• Balancing strategic CFO leadership with hands-on execution
