Job summary

Element Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Frac Field Engineer to act as the on-site technical representative for hydraulic fracturing operations.

You will support field staff, ensure jobs meet customer specifications, and promote strong customer relations at the site in Bar Nunn, Wyoming, USA. The role requires a background in engineering or related sciences, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work a rotational field schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Math/Science preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers at the job site and provides technical/operational solutions
• Operates real time monitoring software in the datavan
• Performs QAQC fluid testing in lab and on location
• Tracks inventory of fluids, chemical, and proppant at the job site
• Performs mathematical calculations for stimulation operations
• Records job information into an Excel workbook
• Prepares and distributes reports and post-well summaries
• Responsible for billing customers for services and materials
• Troubleshoots fluid, computer, and operational issues
• Assists operations with rig up/rig down procedures
• Other duties as assigned

ELEMENT TECHNICAL SERVICES - FRAC FIELD ENGINEER - $2,000 SIGNING BONUS!!

FRAC Field Engineers will be the technical representative for Element at the job site. Engineers will have a thorough knowledge of hydraulic fracturing principles and operations to help assist the on-site operational staff. They will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed to customers request and promote customer relations in the field. Requirements

Preferred Requirements

• >1 year of oil and gas industry experience
• 1-2 years of hydraulic fracturing experience
• Experience with Power BI, SpotFire, Python, or other data analysis tools

Work Conditions

• Rotation schedules vary (14/14, 20/10, 14/7)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Travel to off-site locations required
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) e.g. coveralls, steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
• Hazards associated with the trade
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
