Ideal candidates are technically skilled, safety‑minded, and capable of mentoring junior team members while traveling to various field locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 0–10 years of relevant field experience.
• Proficient with electronic test instruments and tools.
• Knowledge of instrumentation (flow meters, transducers, densimeters, controllers).
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Familiarity with data transmission protocols and equipment networking.
• Understanding of basic electrical theory and circuit principles.
• Ability to read and interpret safety manuals and operations instructions.
• English language proficiency sufficient for safety and operations communication.

Responsibilities

• Mainly maintain and repair hydraulic fracturing equipment.
• Work with electronic and electromechanical systems in the field.
• Mentor junior technicians as needed.
