Job summary

Liberty Software, based in Grapevine, TX, seeks an Account Manager, FQHC, to handle inbound inquiries and escalations for Federally Qualified Health Center accounts. You’ll onboard, train, and configure software, coordinating with departments to resolve issues and ensure client success.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years with FQHCs, knowledge of 340b pricing, strong communication skills, and a professional, friendly demeanor in a collaborative, office-based role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience working with a Federally Qualified Health Center.
• Knowledge about the 340b drug pricing program.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, train, and effectively assist in decisions at all levels of client organizations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent listening and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) certification a plus.
• Professional and friendly demeanor is a must.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the onboarding point of contact for FQHC accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions and customize Liberty’s software for client needs.
• Collaborate with all departments to resolve software errors and hardware issues.
• Communicate status of purchases, tickets, and requests to clients.
• Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Guide accounts in configuring software and computer settings to meet client needs.
• Provide web-based training for Liberty’s pharmacy software.
• Become an expert on Liberty’s software to advise best practices.
• Assist in other areas when needed.
