Job summary

Liberty Software in Grapevine, TX seeks an Account Manager, FQHC to serve as the primary liaison for onboarding and ongoing support of Federally Qualified Health Center accounts. You will handle inbound inquiries, guide pharmacies through software configuration, and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center.
• Knowledge about the 340b drug pricing program.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, train, and effectively assist in decisions at all levels of client organizations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Excellent listening and critical thinking skills.
• Certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding of FQHC accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and staff.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients’ needs, including configuring and customizing Liberty’s software.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure project resolutions for software or hardware issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients about status of purchases, trouble tickets, and requests.
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Guide and aid in configuring software and computer settings to meet client needs.
• Provide web-based training for Liberty’s pharmacy software.
• Become an expert on Liberty’s software to answer questions and guide best practices.
• Assist in other areas when needed.
