Talent With Heart in Austin, TX, is seeking a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF & DSP to own strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of RF/DSP/FPGA COTS solutions. Translate RF/DSP concepts into real hardware and drive products from concept through launch.

The role combines hands-on engineering with product leadership, requiring 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, and embedded electronics, plus a track record of delivering multi-year roadmaps and engaging technical customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics or defense/embedded tech markets.
Strong understanding of RF-to-digital signal chain and FPGA processing.
Experience translating technical concepts into product requirements and business cases.
Experience with embedded software/electronics and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain product strategy for RF/DSP/FPGA solutions within the portfolio.
Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs, tech trends, and business goals.
Translate system-level requirements into product requirements and tradeoffs.
Develop business cases and present to leadership.
Lead NPI process from initial requirements to launch.
Evaluate competitors and architecture options.
Manage product-line financial performance and priorities.
Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and differentiation.
Engage with sales, customers and partners to identify opportunities.
Create technical presentations and product collateral.
